1. 1. That the system for your home or business is properly designed and laid out. This is the responsibility of the Tru-Comfort Comfort Consultant staff.
   2. That the system is installed in your home or business is done correctly and performed in a timely and professional manner. This is the responsibility of the Tru-Comfort Installation Department staff.
   3. That the system in your home or business is maintained on a regular basis. That service performed on your system is done correctly (the 1st time) and performed in a timely and professional manner. This is the responsibility of the Tru-Comfort Service Department staff.
   4. That your call to Tru-Comfort is answered in a timely and professional manner. This is the responsibility of the Tru-Comfort Customer Service Representatives/ Office staff.
   5. That our customers have an outstanding experience from the services that Tru-Comfort provides.
   6. That they are comfortable and happy.
